Symptoms of Anxiety

There are a number of things to consider when looking out for the symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety is a common psychological condition that affects millions of people each year. Everyone worries and has some anxiety from time to time however; if the anxiety lasts longer than six months or is severe you may suffer from chronic anxiety. There are several forms of anxiety including generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, posttraumatic stress and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
